Should not be featured in Omaha list of friendly businesses. 3 thumbs down
amazing flavors. the pb&j doughnut is excellent.
Sooooo good! Love the strawberry jam filled donuts. These donuts are so fresh and fluffy. Also love the unique shape where they still manage to get filling into a donut with a hole! 🩠yum yum yum!
BEST DONUTS IN OMAHA HANDS DOWN! Unlike Hurts Donuts, you can eat a full donut without feeling sick for two hours. Price per donut is extremely fair given high quality ingredients. My favorite was the Creme Brulee donut was our favorite.
Donuts had a nice presentation. Boston Cream was excellent and same with the strawberry cream. Fried chicken was just okay... Chicken Sandy was pretty good. Newer donuts...
Cool lil place with a nice selection of Doughnuts,Breakfast and Coffee items. Love the Fruity Pebbles Doughnut!
Uh, yeah they're delicious! What else can I say? Went on a Saturday morning. 4 people in front of me. They made multiple cups of coffee and multiple boxes of pasta and I was out in about 10 min. Yes I'll go again and yes I'll tell my friends.
Atmosphere is good +1Employees are good +1Presentation is good +1Donuts are NOT good +0The donuts are dry and are more similar to bread in texture. The cake donuts are also dry.At $30 for a dozen donuts they better be amazing. They were not. We won't be returning. Instagram worthy foodie shots for the person in yoga pants. Not worth the chew though. Better donut shops in Omaha for 1/3 the price. Their claim to 20% more donut due to it being square must be a comparison to national chains. Quick judgement question, when will people stop placing value on presentation and more on quality?
Forget Popeyes and Chick-fil-a. This is the chicken sandwich you guys should be hyping.
Way too pricey for bulk orders!! But good.
The creme brulee donut alone was five Stars soooo yummy, 🩠they were really good price for the type of donuts they are, my friend got one of their spicy chicken sandwiches which had a spicy sauce on it inside of the chicken itself being spicy. It was tasty just messy and how can you not like tater tots! The coffee was alright but to be honest you're going there for the donuts and it's worth it
Donuts are excellent. Unsure if they are worth the price tag though.
Google has done a great job of finding great places on our spur of the moment trip this weekend! Did a search for best donuts in Omaha and found this gem. The pictures looked great, and the reviews were good...and my husband's name is Bob. So we HAD to try it! Great friendly service, and the donuts did not disappoint! We will definitely be back on our next trip! And we're getting a Bob!
Amazing donuts, totally worth the money! Super helpful staff, plenty of selection. The donuts were fresh, moist and fluffy. Great maple flavor with plenty of frosting. Really wish we had a place this good in Kansas City
I don't get the hype. The donuts are okay, nothing worth waiting in line for...and the prices are way too high for the quality of product. Limited parking and limited inside seating. The decor is fun and fresh though.
Great coffee, good atmosphere, unpleasant customer service not their top priority. Waited a bit before we were helped, and the gal appeared annoyed.
The donuts were good but for 3.50 a donut il go somewhere else
This place was someplace I previously said to be a great place, but now I retract that statement totally.I just went in to buy coffee and was asked to leave by the African American guy and never come back due to me making all the employees nervous. I asked how I made anyone nervous and he refused to tell me. He simply said that that's all he needed to say and I wasn't welcome there. As a man with literally hundreds of friends in the state of Nebraska and Omaha specifically, I must say STAY AWAY FROM BOB'S DONUTS!!🤘ðŸ©ðŸŽ¯anyone that will ban you for being friendly is not a person or business that has earned community loyalty. Thanks for listening. Buyer beware.
Donuts are a little pricey but worth it- seriously delicious and incredibly unique. I got aDozen donuts and an iced coffee. Everything was delicious and I got a LOT of great feedback. I’ll definitely be back!
Friendly neghborhood shop. When I went in the choices were all regular yeast or cake donuts with creative toppings, but the quality was fine. I don't know if they ever make other options like apples fritters or cinnamon rolls. I had trouble parking, but that may be my lack of local knowledge. Their main selling point is the nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
We don't make it downtown a lot, but when we do Bob's is always a spot we try to get to. Great atmosphere and can't beat the donuts!
Delicious doughnuts a little pricey but you get what you pay for very high quality
Not impressed. Poorly organized counter making it very inefficient for the staff, thus very slow service. The strawberry donut was good, but way overpriced. Blueberry donuts had no flavor, definitely not worth the 2 dollars charged.
Wonderful little donut place! The owners are very personable and go the extra mile! Would highly recommend! Gluten free donuts are to die for!
The donuts are good when you're looking for something other than plain glazed. The blueberry, maple, and Oreo were wonderful treats. The interior is small, clean, and smells great. The price is fair for the product. The donuts are wonderfully decorated. This warrants a try by any pastry enthusiast.
I'm giving this 3 stars because it was very "meh". My chicken wasn't fully cooked and the donuts weren't great. I was a little disappointed after reading all these great reviews. Maybe the staff wasn't at their best this morning...
The maple bacon is delicious! Ordered some for a birthday celebration, but next I'm going to try the chicken sandy! Worth getting up early on a Sunday morning and driving across town
Another lame attempt at dining. Hamburgers and donuts but neither are good from there. More cliche donuts and bland mayonnaise type burgers. It over priced an gross. I missed the grand opening and will miss the grand closing. Why go once except to understand why you won't need to return. It more midtown yuppie nonsense. I wish the invest in seasonings and cooking classes the food looked sloppy like a 4 year old child with a runny nose is cooking in the back. What a yuk.
Great little donut shop. Make sure you get there early as they sell out quick! It's nice that they routinely change up what they offer so you can try something new almost every time.
Visiting Omaha for the weekend, and we initially stopped beside Bob's at Early Bird for more traditional breakfast food. After hearing the wait was an hour we promptly went next door to Bob's and we are heartily glad we did. Food was excellent, donuts were tasty and everything was very reasonably priced. Great start to our morning!
The Big Bob donut is delicious!I had a caramel latte that was delicious!
The donuts are good, and delicious however, there is no parking immediately available! You have to drive around until a spot opens up.
These donuts are mostly square! It's pretty much gourmet donuts. They also have gluten free option.Tasty. No complaints.Service was friendly.
Very cool and relaxing atmosphere. Not intended for groups but a few people could sit down. Really designed for grab and go. Solid coffee offerings, unusual donut choices and chicken tenders. Overall, very good experience. Come early, they close at 2:00.
What a treat! Interesting flavor combinations and each donut is a work of art. Yeah, it's a donut not a DaVinci but you can tell the care and passion that goes into these substantial squares. More expensive than Dunkin Donuts of course, but worth the price. Will certainly seek them out next time I'm back in Omaha.
Even if you're willing to wait for that one day a week they serve them, there are much better places in Omaha to get vegan donuts.
It was exactly what I was looking for. A small quick bite to eat before starting the day. They also do large pre-orders which is awesome for those mandatory office meetings 😄
Truly a decadent treat!
We got six donuts and 3 chicken biscuit sandwiches. The donuts were the best. The chicken biscuits...not good at all. The biscuit and chicken were dry. I literally threw the biscuit away took a few bites of the chicken and then tossed it. Easily could have been a five star review if not for a really really dry sandwich.
Great atmosphere! Very relaxed, creative decor, and wonderful food. I had the Salmon and Capers Hollandaise dish and it was excellent!! My friend and I were there past closing time just talking and nobody tried to rush us out. We didn't know it was that time, but it was really nice of them not to rush us out like other places would.
Pretty pricey and not that impressive. I'm bias because I'm a chef, I saw the donuts a d they looked amazing...the taste didn't live up to my eye hype.
Dos donuts dohlHonestly, I am an Olsen Bake Shop fan of the highest order, but they are closed during COVID, so I cast about for other options. Pettit's is meh. I bought the 12 Pack of one Sunday morning (something you couldn't do at Olsen even before COVID) for our at home church service. I ordered after looking at their website, which is a delight. The donuts are prominently featured and are rotating. The donuts were universally lauded. The glazes were perfect and tasty, the fillings in every single bite, and even the cereal- or cookie-topped ones were great (though such additions are more of a distraction, usually). The dough, though, was the real star. The donuts had a little outer resistance and a perfectly risen and airy inside. I was in love and will be back again.Only once minor niggle: $28 for a dozen donuts is a lot. Olsen is like $10.
They have really good donuts, little expensive but it's the quality you pay for. Chicken sandy w/cheese was amazing
Pretty DELICIOUS donuts. Not cheap.
Definitely one of my favorite places for donuts in town. Donuts are made fresh daily. They also have happy hour which I think is from noon-2:30 daily. The downside to making donuts fresh is they sell out. So if you have a craving late afternoon there's a chance they will be out of donuts. I recently tried the cinnamon and sugar donut holes which were sooo good!
Got food here for breakfast on my anniversary and it is by far a new favorite. And the happy hour pricing is a steal!
The pricing was bazaar. Three of the same sized, raised donuts with different toppings, three different prices?? Ridiculously priced. A donut cost about .10 to make, the total for 4 donuts was 11.57. It was a good donut.
Great eats ! So happy they had a couple of GF donut options- most places don’t. We GF folks like donuts too 😂
The fruity pebble donut was pretty good. My husband had the red velvet and it was really dry and a little disappointing. The girl that waited on us was nice. That is the most important thing to me.
Quick and delicious breakfast, the croissants are buttery and the bacon is just the right amount of crisp
The house doughnuts were too sweet for our liking and the chicken was overcooked and the breading was rock hard.
